Born
and raised in Argentina, Pablo migrated
with his family to the USA when he was
12 years old. Pablo began working professionally
alongside his father, José Luis
"Pepe" Motta, at the age of
15. This experience led him through many
styles, including tango, folklore, Latin,
and improvisatory. He has recorded music
for and appeared in several movies, including
"Wings of Courage" (IMAX), "My
Father the Hero," and, most recently,
"Marlene Deitrich." As a jazz
musician he has freelanced extensively,
performing and collaborating with many
artists in the Los Angeles and Kansas
City areas. As a tango musician, he has
toured with "Tango Vivo!" through
several cities in the US and Canada. Currently,
Pablo resides in Los Angeles and is touring
with "Tango Dreams."
